Tabu's time lag between her films may seem like a yawning gap to her fans, but she pays them back with interest dishing out one memorable role after another.
Be it suppressed wife Aditi of ASTITVA or a bar dancer of CHANDNI BAR or mysterious Nimmi in MAQBOOL or confident mom and wife Ashima in Mira Nair's THE NAMESAKE Tabu well paid-off her characters. She was last seen in Balki's CHEENI KUM where she stood on her feet despite a formidable co-star's domineering presence.
And now the talented actress is back in action to stun the audience once again with her incredible performance. As per the latest buzz the pretty actress will be playing the character of a possessive elder sister in her forthcoming venture. However she is not the only heroine in the film. This untitled flick will also star Sharman Joshi and SUMMER 2007 fame Uvika Chaudhary. It is heard that Uvika will play Tabu's younger sister. The film has already hit the floors and intended to release early next year.
